ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Exafluence Education welcomes applications from graduates in relevant fields, as well as from working professionals seeking to enhance their expertise. We value diverse academic and professional backgrounds that align with the interdisciplinary nature of our programs. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Eligibility for M.S. Data Science

B.Tech: CSE/ IT/ ETC (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering), ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering), EEE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
B.Sc with Mathematics as main subject along with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science
BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

Eligibility for PG Diploma in Data Science

Engineering Graduates: All Engineering graduates, irrespective of specialization, shall be eligible.
Non-Engineering Graduates: Graduates from other disciplines shall be eligible, provided they have a minimum of one year of IT domain experience.

Note: Applicants must submit valid proof of experience, such as an experience or appointment letter dated at least 12 months prior to the application.

Eligibility for Certificate Courses

Eligibility for all graduates, irrespective of discipline.
Inclusion of final-year Engineering and Honors students pursuing under SVU and its affiliated colleges.
Final-year students from institutions outside SV University’s jurisdiction should be required to submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective college principals

ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission process for Exafluence Education is designed to ensure that all the dedicated and qualified candidates join our specialized programs. Here’s an overview of the process:

1. Entrance Exam Registration: Candidates interested in enrolling in any of Exafluence Education’s programs must first register for the entrance exam. This registration process is managed by the Department of Admissions (DOA) of SV University, who provide guidance and support throughout.

2. Entrance Exam Format: The entrance exam is conducted in a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format, approved by our academic authorities. This format is designed to assess each candidate’s foundational knowledge relevant to the course they’re applying for.

3. Exam Platform & Online Proctoring: The exam is hosted on a third-party platform known for secure, efficient online assessments. To maintain the integrity of the exam process, online proctoring is implemented, where each candidate is monitored individually. The proctoring is managed under the guidance of the DOA of SV University, ensuring a fair and transparent examination process.

4. Admissions and Enrollment: After completing the entrance exam, the DOA of SV University carefully evaluates each candidate’s exam scores and other relevant criteria to make final selections.

Each year, Exafluence Education welcomes new students through its structured June intake, while also offering flexibility with two intakes (Fall & Spring) for select programs.

A single intake is available for the Master’s in Data Science (MSDS) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science (PGDDS) programs, ensuring a structured and immersive learning experience. For all other programs, double intakes (JUNE & JAN) are available each year, providing students with greater flexibility in choosing their start dates while maintaining the same high-quality education and industry relevance.
