Dr. Lavanya Thupakula is an accomplished academician with over 22 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, research, and EdTech innovation in the field of Management. Her expertise spans Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Human Capital Management, and Business Communication.
She has played key roles in designing industry-oriented curricula, leading accreditation processes, mentoring doctoral research, and driving digital transformation in education. Currently, she leads the EdTech Division at Exafluence INC, focusing on delivering cutting-edge educational solutions.
Dr. Lavanya has authored 3 textbooks and published over 25 research articles in high-impact journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC. Her research interests include AI applications in HR, Mobile Learning, Digital Business Strategy, and Customer Engagement Models. She has presented papers in collaboration with global institutions such as Erasmus+, Ariel University (Israel), and Binghamton University (USA), and has filed patents in areas like IoT-based classroom monitoring and career networking systems.
An active contributor to the academic community, Dr. Lavanya serves on editorial boards, chairs sessions at international conferences, and conducts faculty development programs in partnership with DST, NSE, BSE, and MGNCRE. Recognized as a Distinguished Woman Educator & Researcher, she continues to inspire innovation in management education and research, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
