Malaya Rout

Malaya Rout works as Director of Data Science with Exafluence. Exafluence partners with clients across various industries, providing innovative AI, ML, and data solutions to business problems. He is a passionate and light-hearted trainer and writer in data science.

He is a published author of eight books. Four of them are about data science. The other four contain poems and stories. He writes a weekly data science column in the Times of India and has already published 89 articles as of date. Topics are usually thought-provoking, ranging from traditional Machine Learning to Generative AI. In addition, he regularly writes technical blogs for Exafluence.

He is a contributor to two patents in Machine Learning granted by the US Patent Office. He is an avid speaker and frequently delivers keynote speeches, guest lectures, panel discussions, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) in various Indian colleges and institutes. In the last twelve years of his career, starting in 2013, he has worked extensively on providing AIML-based solutions to clients across various industries.
